1. Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to Atlantic Facility Solutions LLC. By accessing our website or utilizing our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Atlantic Facility Solutions LLC regarding your use of our services.
2. Services
We provide professional commercial, retail, and residential cleaning services throughout Northeast Florida. The specific scope of work for any individual project will be defined in the formal quote or service agreement provided to the client prior to the commencement of work.
3. Quotes, Pricing & Payments
Initial quotes are estimates based on provided information. Final pricing will be confirmed and agreed upon before service begins. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to administrative fees, and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing our staff with safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes disarming security systems, securing pets, and ensuring that any fragile or highly valuable items are stored safely prior to the cleaning visit.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule a service without penalty, we require at least 24 hours notice. Requests made with less notice may be subject to a fee. Atlantic Facility Solutions LLC also reserves the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unforeseen staff emergencies.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the service location and cleaning requirements. Clients must ensure a safe working environment and report any service issues or concerns within 24 hours of completion for prompt resolution.
7. Limitations of Liability
Atlantic Facility Solutions LLC maintains reasonable insurance coverage. However, our liability for damages is limited to the cost of the service provided. We do not provide guarantees beyond the scope stated in our service agreements and are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
